Teresa Williams

Teresa was our friend and co-worker, mom, cousin, and daughter.  We not only have family and friends that help plan this event but people who never knew Teresa yet understand the importance of stopping Domestic Violence.  Domestic Violence was what took Teresa from us and why we are so passionate about supporting Brighter Tomorrows and their efforts to educate and support victims.  Five years ago Teresa was at her home with her daughter when her estranged husband broke into her home.  With her daughter upstairs he shot her in the back and left the house.  The aftermath of this evil has been wide spread and the healing is slow and difficult.  Teresa is remembered every day by family and friends, her smiling face, laughter and amazing presence will never be forgotten.  We honor her memory by supporting Brighter Tomorrows so this doesn't have to happen to others.
